Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understanding End-to-End Processes: Gain comprehensive knowledge of the processes and functionalities within an ERP system, specifically tailored to the unique requirements of the education sector.
- Requirement Engineering: Act as the primary interface with clients to assess their business processes and identify areas for improvement through ERP implementation.
- Business Process Mapping: Skillfully map existing business processes into the ERP system to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Client Coordination: Manage client queries and engage with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and successful outcomes.
- Industry Best Practices: Provide expert advice to clients on industry best practices and standard ERP processes to optimize their operational efficiency.
- Gap Fit Management: Lead the gap fit analysis process, estimate efforts for project proposals, and ensure seamless alignment between client needs and ERP capabilities.
- Workshops and Requirements Analysis: Conduct discovery workshops, facilitate requirement mapping sessions, oversee change management processes, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Development Requirements: Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team to implement customized solutions effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Extensive Education Sector Expertise: Demonstrated experience and exposure to processes within various educational institutions, understanding their unique challenges and requirements.
- ERP Module Mapping: Proven track record in mapping and configuring ERP modules to meet the specific needs of educational organizations.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Analytical Aptitude: Excellent analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
- ERP Implementation Experience: Hands-on experience in successfully implementing ERP solutions in the education sector, with a customer-facing role.
