• Understanding End-to-End Processes: Gain comprehensive knowledge of the processes and functionalities within an ERP system, specifically tailored to the unique requirements of the education sector.
• Requirement Engineering: Act as the primary interface with clients to assess their business processes and identify areas for improvement through ERP implementation.
• Business Process Mapping: Skillfully map existing business processes into the ERP system to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Client Coordination: Manage client queries and engage with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and successful outcomes.
• Industry Best Practices: Provide expert advice to clients on industry best practices and standard ERP processes to optimize their operational efficiency.
• Gap Fit Management: Lead the gap fit analysis process, estimate efforts for project proposals, and ensure seamless alignment between client needs and ERP capabilities.
• Workshops and Requirements Analysis: Conduct discovery workshops, facilitate requirement mapping sessions, oversee change management processes, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Development Requirements: Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team to implement customized solutions effectively.

• Extensive Education Sector Expertise: Demonstrated experience and exposure to processes within various educational institutions, understanding their unique challenges and requirements.
• ERP Module Mapping: Proven track record in mapping and configuring ERP modules to meet the specific needs of educational organizations.
