Experience: 5+ Years (Relevant ERPNext Finance Experience)
Summary
We are looking for a Senior ERPNext Finance Consultant with 5+ years of experience in ERPNext Finance implementation, customization, support, rollouts, and enhancements. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in ERPNext Finance, excellent client-facing skills, and experience in accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and module integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support the ERPNext Finance module.
- Driving requirement gathering workshops with customers and provide ERPNext FI solutions.
- Configure and manage multiple finance submodules like General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Banking, and Taxation.
- Handle month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Configure taxes and financial reports.
- Work on ERPNext Finance integration with MM, SD, and CO modules
- Work closely with functional and technical teams for customization and integrations.
- Conduct user training, UAT, and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot finance-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Expertise in financial data migration, designing the migration approach, Excel-based ETL processes, and data validation through post-load reconciliation.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ERPNext Finance.
- Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Banking, Cost Centers, and Financial Statements.
- Experience in taxation and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of ERPNext workflows, permissions, and accounting processes.
- Knowledge of ERPNext implementation, migration, and support projects.
- Basic understanding of SQL, Frappe Framework, and ERPNext customizations is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- ERPNext/Frappe certification or relevant implementation experience is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- ERPNext v14/v15 implementation experience.
- Knowledge of the Frappe Framework.
- Experience integrating ERPNext with Payroll, CRM, Purchasing, and Sales modules.
- Exposure to custom reports, print formats, and workflow configurations.
