Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and driven HR professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong teams, driving people initiatives, and creating a positive workplace culture while ensuring smooth HR operations.
You will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, supporting employee engagement, maintaining HR processes, and contributing to the overall people strategy of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across multiple functions.
- Execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and documentation.
- Ensure HR compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development.
- Maintain employee records and HRMIS with accuracy.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment and general HR.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition.
- Experience in employee engagement and HR operations.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and HR documentation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
