TreadBinary Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting privacy and ensuring transparency in how data is handled. This Privacy Statement explains how personal data is processed in connection with CloudATP, which is available through the SAP Store.

Our application is designed to be deployed and operated within the customer’s own environment on the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). As a result, the customer retains control over their data and system configuration.

2.Data Processing Approach

CloudATP does not collect, store, or process customer personal data outside the customer’s SAP environment.

The application runs entirely within the customer’s own SAP Business Technology Platform account, and any data processed by the application remains within the customer’s controlled infrastructure.

TreadBinary Technologies Private Limited does not access, store, or retain customer business data or personal data unless explicitly required for support purposes and authorized by the customer.

3. Data Storage and Location

All application data processed by CloudATP is stored within the customer’s SAP landscape and infrastructure managed by the customer through the SAP Business Technology Platform.

TreadBinary Technologies Private Limited does not maintain external databases or systems that store customer data generated through the application.

4. Data Access and Control

Customers maintain full control over:

• Their application configuration
• Data stored in their SAP systems
• User access and authorization management

Access rights are managed within the customer’s own SAP environment according to their internal security policies.

Support and Maintenance

In certain cases, customers may request support services from TreadBinary Technologies Private Limited. If troubleshooting requires temporary access to system logs or diagnostic information, such access will only occur:

• With the explicit authorization of the customer
• For the limited purpose of resolving technical issues
• In accordance with applicable data protection regulations

6. Compliance with Data Protection Laws

Although CloudATP does not store or process customer personal data outside the customer environment, TreadBinary Technologies Private Limited is committed to complying with applicable data protection regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation where applicable.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws regarding the data they store and process within their SAP systems.

7. Third-Party Services

The application operates within infrastructure provided by SAP through the SAP Business Technology Platform. Any data processing related to infrastructure, hosting, or platform services is governed by SAP’s own privacy and security policies.

8. Changes to This Privacy Statement

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or product functionality. Updated versions will be published together with the product listing on the SAP Store or on our website.
