Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing professional with experience in sales of industrial machinery and/or Engineering solution to metal processing units. This role blends traditional sales with SaaS/automation solution selling, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
You will be responsible for expanding our presence across Engineering firms, fabrication units, machining, CNC units, sheet metal industries, and manufacturing plants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales to new customers inEngineering & metal processing industries, across fabrication, CNC, machining, and manufacturing industries
- Generate leads via field visits, networks, and digital outreach, Industry contacts, Digital outreach (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Conduct client visits, demos, and solution presentations. Manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation → demo → proposal → closure)
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Promote digitization & shop-floor automation solutions
- Build strong client relationships and generate repeat business
- Expand presence across industrial clusters in West India and openness to travel in other parts of India and international.
- Represent TreadBinary Technologies at industrial expos, trade fairs, and events
- Support creation of case studies, demos, and industrial use cases and Position product as a value-added layer over machinery sales
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with plant owners, production heads, and decision-makers
- Understand operational challenges and recommend customized solutions
- Ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in industrial/machinery sales & Engineering products.
- Strong exposure to Engineering & Manufacturing firms and metal processing units
- Strong understanding of industrial sales processes and technical products
- Experience in SaaS/automation solution selling is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented
Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/Production preferred) or Business Management
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) is a plus
